Yes, we are the first 100 cars to experience driving in the second phase of the Kallang - Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE)! (Phase two of the KPE will be opened to the public on 20 September 2008. Once opened, the KPE will be the longest underground expressway in South-east Asia)

LTA is organizing the KPE Tunnel Rally on 6 September 2008 for 100 cars. And we are the 47th! 4 members to a team, so we've got ME, BABY, AH FANG & SJ!

Teams are to complete a series of exciting challenges from 5 different checkpoints located across Singapore. Each team will be given clues to identify the location of each checkpoint. Team must complete the challenge located at each checkpoint to receive the next clue. Team will then plan the shortest route to get to the next checkpoint.

The first 3 teams with the fastest time and shortest distance traveled by using the KPE stand to win prizes worth $2000!

BUT, this is not a sprint/drag race in the tunnel. We are required to keep to the appropriate speed limit when traveling from checkpoint to checkpoint. AW!!!
