Went Tampines One on 27th Jul 09 after work with BB - Had Sheng Jian Bao for dinner.. Its yummy! Its like xiao long bao, the filling is minced porkwith soup... The skin of the bao is soft but one of the sides is pan-fried, and it taste very yummy! The shop only sells this, located at B1 of Tamp One! (Blogging this now, makes me hungry!)
