My day is a -_- at work today! Feel so frstrated. Before lunch there is this malay lady dragging my time, waste my 28 mins asking about some procedures and then waste my time when she cannot provide me with the full address!
Then come another lady (before lunch as well), hog my 35 mins!!!! Most of the 35 mins, she was doing the talking, i spoke less than 10 sentences? And if she jus nag nag nag I am fine, but her request/her issue is sooooooo weird and unreasonable... -_- if i can, i would really kill her to save the world. -_-
I&R Issued and everything is in order, but she claims that device is sometimes ok, sometimes not ok and acting crazily at times. and can u believe it she took meter readings every day and like a few times a day (but doesnt want to submit her own meter reading to us). she also claims that nobody at home, the usage is MORE than when everyone is at home. HELLO MDM, R U CRAZY?? or is there SOMETHING IN UR HOUSE helping u to use ur supplies??
And she said she want solution and not the same explanation again??? and she claims the previous supervisor she spoke to is a moron and req not to speak to him anymore -_- WOMAN... pls f* off la... u urself unreasonable, u call people moron. WTH!

And she wants to dispute on her $0.72!!!!! -_- and she say its principle not the money. YUCKS! Hw i wish i can transfer her that money....
