I have a problem, I need opinions....

What would you do when you suspect somebody is actually lying to you? - for quite a while..
Ask the person to confirm your doubts?
What if he/she deny but you are quite confirm? ask again? if they still deny, so??? so be it?
But I so wanted to know the truth...
