SICKENING COLLEAGUE AT WORK!!!
This sickening woman pissed me off so badly just now at work!!! SO DAMN PISSED!!!
Anyway below are mostly work terms so friends you can skip this portion but I just wanna rant!
Her name is Jaime (weird spelling yes. As weird as how she is) *oh yes and I SIMPLY HATE THE OLD BIRDS THERE. THEY ARE ALL -_- BLEAH!*
Jaime received a call from customer (should be before 1pm) today, promised to call customer back. I think customer wanted to check if fax received by us. 2+pm, customer called in again and I took that bloody call and customer is like so angry over the phone, keep dun want me to assist her, insist to speak to Jaime as she claims Jaime needs to get bk to her. AND NO RECORDS indicated in the system as well. And so I chat Jaime and she replied me she did not received the fax, and can i check and assist or not. SURE... EVERYONE THERE (I mean supervisors and those upper class_ says MUST ASSIST... Then customer (AND WORSE! SHE is M*LAY) very pissed but still tell me her story, so I checked for customer the fax and so on. I told customer, faxed received then she curse at Jaime(HAHA!). Fine. Then she asked a few more questions and the call ended....
Then this bloody M*LAY customer called in again to look for me and Jaime got that call and guess what she dared to throw back to me. F* HER! I never reply her chat, she can WALK to me and tell me. BITCH! If at that moment I am not doing another thing, I SURE GO TO HER and SCREAMMMMMMMMM!!! !@#$%^&* Its her own pile of thing she never even settle and yet so gladly push back. ONE MORE SHIT from her and I am going to complain. ALWAYS NOT ASSISTING... I will make sure you get it from me!
Just a few mins after that, Jaime is infront with Andy, Balan and Doris I think she got scolded for another case! YEAH! BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!
Nowadays I feel that I am getting ruder and ruder to customers as days past. And I talked to them like they are idiots (when they said something that even they themselves will blur) - yes I admit I am not a good customer service officer
BECAUSE I AM JUST TOO SICK OF THE SHITS YOU GET FROM CUSTOMERS
AND THE SHITS YOU GET FROM MANAGEMENT
AND THE SHITS YOU GET FROM COLLEAGUES & STOU!
Yes, in every workplace you get people playing TAIJI.
Now I have decided to play taiji too!
No need to be too good because nobody can see :)
What they see are just NUMBERS....
Like your productivity, your QA, your sms surveys score shit!
I will aim for service failures now............ I am sick of my job....
