TAIWAN DAY 1: TAICHUNG!

Arriving at Taipei Airport... OMG Its really cold and its 13Deg only!! Tomorrow its going to drop to 9Deg... Taipei is raining :( the wind is really big! COLD! FREEZING!!!
Jason & wife came to fetch me from airport and we drove straight to Taichung!
They are bringing me to this very famous MALA STEAMBOAT!

The below TAU HWEY shop looks cool - Just opposite the mala steamboat only!

Oh ya, below, I went for my jab for H1N1... Until now its still sore :(

They said the 1 and only branch/outlet in Taipei need to advance book for 1 month! OMG!
The boss of this shop started his business in a night market, and his business grew and he opened his first outlet in Taichung... subsequently 2 more in Taichung, 1 in Taipei, 1 in KaoShiung...
Just standing out here, its really COLD and smells very niceeeee....

And one thing about this shop.. The waitress after serving us, they need to bow 90Deg ... which i feel very weird.. coz maybe I am not used to it, and its looks really tiring to go around bowing like that... :(

After eating, we walk around, pass by this street (i think quite famous?), the ambience there is good! They said they have tables and chairs out here for the cafes ... but I dun see any.. Why??
Coz its too cold, nobody will want to sit out there...

This is one of the bubble tea shop.. Yes I am full but my love for bubble milk tea did not stop me from buying...

They served us ginger tea while waiting for my bubble tea... its really shiok! but quite diluted (coz free ma!)

and i order a hot bubble milk tea! hahah HOT one yea...

Getting back to the car... on our way to the hotel...
i saw PONDEROSA! anyone remembered this?? Singapore used to have this...

Fang came to chat with me... while i unpack and pack my stuff!

I think i will be very tired & cold tml!
I will be going to some farms, country side, lake.. whereby temperature will drop to 4-5deg cel. OMGOMG!
I am someone who is very scare of cold! :P
